What am I actually buying?

A ready-to-use digital template collection designed by MC Digital Strategy. Each product page tells you exactly how many templates are included, their format, and anything else that comes with the collection.

Are these physical products?

No. Our templates and resources are digital products, so nothing will arrive in the mail.

You'll receive digital access after purchase.

Do I need Canva Pro?

Yes, for Canva template collections that say Canva Pro is required. We use Pro content and features intentionally, so you can use the collection as it was designed. Canva Pro is purchased separately and isn't included with your MC Digital Strategy purchase.

Do I need to know how to design?

No! That's rather the point. The design system is already handled. You'll still need to replace the example content with your own words, images, branding, and information, but you don't need to design everything from scratch.

Making Them Yours

What can I change?

Quite a lot! Depending on the template, you can change things like text, colors, fonts, photos, graphics, logos, and other brand details in Canva.

​

Can I use my own brand colors and fonts?

Absolutely! Keep the collection exactly as designed or adapt it to your existing brand. The templates are meant to give you the structure without locking you into someone else's business.

Can I use the images already in the templates?

Yes. Images and graphics included in our Canva template designs use licensed Canva content or other appropriately licensed content. You can keep them or replace them with your own. For the best long-term brand fit, we generally recommend using your own photography and content when you have it.

Can I resize the templates?

Yes. Canva Pro includes resizing tools that can help you adapt designs for other formats.

Just keep in mind that changing dimensions can require some layout adjustments. A 4:5 Instagram post and a 9:16 Story are, unfortunately, different shapes.

Can I add animation?

Yes. Static templates can be animated using Canva's animation tools.

​

Using Your Purchase

Can I use these for my business?

Yes! That's what they're for. Your purchase includes a single-business commercial-use license, so you can customize the templates and use the finished designs for that business.

Can I use them for multiple businesses?

One purchase covers one business, brand, or organization. If you're using the templates for another company or client, that business needs its own license.

​

Can I use these for client work?

Yes, with a separate license for each client or business using the templates.

The finished work can be created for that licensed client. The editable templates themselves cannot be redistributed or transferred.

​

Can I sell the templates after I customize them?

No. You can use the templates to create materials for your licensed business, but you can't resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the templates themselves, including modified versions.

After You Buy

How do I get my templates?

Your purchase is delivered digitally and includes the access information you need to open your templates and included resources.

What if I have trouble accessing my purchase?

Send us a message. Access and delivery problems are exactly the sort of thing we'll help with.

Do you provide help editing the templates?

Your collection includes guidance to help you get started, but custom editing and one-on-one design assistance aren't included with the template purchase. If you'd rather have someone handle the editing for you, paid support or design services may be available.

Do you offer refunds?

Because digital products are delivered electronically, digital product purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We recommend checking the product details and Canva requirements before purchasing.

​

Will I get future templates or updates for free?

Your purchase includes the collection as offered when you buy it. New templates, expanded collections, additional formats, and future releases may be sold separately.
